Which pocket on a hiking trouser has the zip. Whether the softshell is the taped-seam one or the water-resistant one. Anything printed on a page here, we can explain in a sentence.

What we cannot

Where your parcel is, whether it can still be changed, and what a refund looks like. Payment, delivery and returns happen at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. That thread has to go to them, because they are the only ones who can see the order.

If a figure here is wrong

Send the page and the figure. A wrong number is corrected on the page rather than argued about in a reply, and how the catalogue gets refreshed is written out on how we update the catalogue.
